Once a story is finished, a copyeditor ensures that the author's voice shines through. Typos take readers out of a story, but a good copyedit will make your book an immersive read.
I adhere to the standards set by the Chicago Manual of Style unless otherwise requested. While editing, I use a variety of dictionaries, including Merriam-Webster. I am comfortable working with both U.K. and U.S. English.
